Active Nation

Active Nation

Active Nation is aimed at using the inspiration of the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow to encourage Scots to get more physically active.

The Active Nation website provides people with ideas to help them get more active, asks them to set their own Personal Activity Goals and allows them to track their progress in a bid to build physical activity into their daily lives.
