Consultation on the licensing of caravan sites in Scotland [Housing]

The Scottish Government is seeking views on ways to improve the licensing of caravan sites in Scotland, to help protect the welfare of permanent residents. The Scottish Government principally wishes to improve standards of management on those sites where people live permanently. However, views are sought specifically on the type of site that should be covered by any new licensing regime. The proposals here have been developed jointly with local authority, industry and resident stakeholders.
