This public consultation is seeking views on proposals drawn from Sir Michael Latham's report on the operation of Part II of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (the Construction Act) and the Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 1998 (the Scheme). Having previously consulted on Improving Adjudication in the Construction Industry1, this consultation sets out the specific proposals we are making.
