Commission Control Regulation

European CommissionThe Scottish Government has a responsibility, under European Commission (EC) Regulations to provide information, or links to information, on a number of topics.

Specifically, EC Regulation 1224/2009 asks that certain Fisheries information is made available on one place and this page aims to do that by providing information not only about Scotland, but by also providing links to similar information about England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
