The following is a guide to complete a Forestry Outcome Plan, for proposals which contain Options under Sustainable Management of Forests, the Woodland Improvement Grant, or Woodland Creation.
You can complete the Outcome Plan by downloading a MS Word (360kb) version. The Plan is also available in pdf format (156kb). You will need to download the pdf version if you do not have Microsoft Word.
Where possible complete the downloaded template electronically and load onto the Case Documents screen in the Front Office [See Section 1.9 in instructions] or attach to an e-mail to your Case Officer along with any electronic copies of appendices. Alternatively print the template and submit as a paper copy to your regional co-ordinators office along with any paper copies of appendices.
If you are also proposing to meet any of regional priorities Nos. 8-25, then you will also need to complete an Environment Outcome Plan.
