Along with your Outcome Plan, all documents supporting your proposal must be supplied to your Area Office, preferably by email, within 5 calendar days from the submission of your Proposal. Assessment of your Proposal will only take place once the relevant documents have been received. As part of the assessment your Case Officer may contact you for more supporting documentation if necessary.
These range of documents could include:
- Maps
- Any specialist advice received as a separate document and referred to in the Outcome Plan
- Any consents and licences received from regulatory authorities and referred to in the Outcome Plan
- Letters of approval from landowners, partnership organisation, sponsor agencies, match funders, etc. and referred to in Section 4 of the Outcome Plan. This will include a Landlord Notification Form if you are a tenant or contractual licensee
- Quotes, estimates
- Last two full years' accounts and financial health statements
- Three years financial projections
Applications from community groups or non-profit organisation may be supported by information about the group itself and its policies. Appendices could also include information about the viability of business proposals, and the evidence of match funding and financial support, such as:
- Community Group Constitution, or Company Limited by Guarantee Articles and Memorandum; list of Committee Members or Directors
- Relevant group or organisational policies - Equal Opportunities Policy, Child Protection Policy
- Confirmation of secured match funding
- Evidence of previous De Minimis State Aid payments to the applying organisation in the last three years
- Analysis of Market Need or Demand
- Community Consultations
- Feasibility Study
- Business Plan
- Insurance certificates
Some other examples of documents which might be asked for depending on your case:
- Information on any planting design proposals that differ from the standard design criteria for the woodland creation options
- Deer Management Plan
- Plan/felling licence map
- Waste plan
