The scheme year for Land Managers Options (LMO) runs from 16 May 2011 until 14 May 2012.

To apply you must

• fill in a LMO application form (LMO 2). A guidance document (LMO 1) on how to complete your LMO application is also available.
• fill in an IACS Single Application Form (SAF)
• fill in a Shared Boundary Agreement form if you choose new shared boundary features under LMO Option 13 Management of moorland grazing
• fill in a Land Ownership and Control form if you wish to choose land based options and do not have management control of the land for 5 years
• submit these forms to your SGRPID Area Office by Monday, 16 May 2011. (For those applicants outwith Scotland, forms should be submitted to the SGRPID Galashiels office.)

Your application form is a contract to undertake the options that you selected. You will receive an acknowledgement letter but there is no approvals process so no approval letter will be issued. It is your responsibility to meet the obligations on your application.

You must submit a SAF as confirmation of your land to enable us to confirm your allowance. Your maximum allowance is based on the land in Scotland declared on your SAF.

We do not accept late LMO applications therefore applications received after the 16 May 2011 will be rejected.

All forms are available in pdf format. Printed copies of the forms are also available from your SGRPID Area Office.

We may pass information to other parts of the Scottish Government so they can monitor and evaluate the Scheme.
