Payment and Recoveries

Once any breaches have been recorded and assessed, the claim will be ready to be authorised for payment. The payment will then be calculated, based on either the area determined and the payment rate minus any penalties; or on the amount of eligible expenditure supported by invoices, minus any penalties.

If we require to recover any money from you, these recoveries may be offset from any CAP payment due to be paid to you or we will send you a recovery invoice. You will be notified in writing if we need to make a recovery.

Payments for Rural Priorities will be made following the end of the management year in question for Annual Recurrent Options; and on an ongoing basis for Capital Options.

Payment for Land Managers Options will be made retrospectively and as one payment after the end of the scheme year.
