These are the different levels of penalties depending on the extent of an over-declaration for group 1. The level of breach is calculated at crop group level. A crop group is made up of any options paid at the same rate under the same measure across all SRDP funding mechanisms e.g. LMO and RP moorland management and LMO summer grazing of cattle are all paid at £1.30/ha under the Agri-environment measure.
The levels are summarised in the table below:
