Community Right to Buy - Excluded Land

Excluded Land

Excluded land is land which is designated as being within settlements of over 10,000 population. Foreshore which is adjacent to these settlements is also excluded.

The Community Right to Buy (Definition of Excluded Land)(Scotland) Order 2009 lists excluded settlements. This supercedes the Community Right to Buy (Definition of Excluded Land)(Scotland) Order 2006.
