Introduction 
The Customer Satisfaction Survey was an annual measure of farmers' satisfaction with our administration of grant and subsidy schemes. These reports identified areas for improvement and give input to the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Annual Reports.
The survey involved telephone interviews with farmers and crofters from across Scotland. It was originally commissioned in 2003 and was repeated annually to allow benchmarking of satisfaction levels and to identify areas for improvement.
