Notes for Guidance
These are the notes that cover the Single Farm Payments Scheme (SFPS). If you intend to take part in this scheme you must read this guidance carefully and make sure you understand the requirements. If you do not understand anything please contact your SGRPID Area Office. If you need specific business advice, you should contact a professional adviser.

To claim under this scheme you must submit a Single Application Form.
Transfer of Entitlements
If you own Single Farm Payment Scheme (SFPS) entitlements, you are eligible to transfer them. This includes entitlements awarded to you when the scheme began in 2005, and those you have since purchased or inherited. A transfer can be done through sale, lease or inheritance, and can be with or without land (subject to certain conditions). The guidance and application form that cover entitlement transfers are shown below.

You will see from the Notes for Guidance that you have the option of receiving your Single Farm Payment in either Euros or Sterling. If you have not already provided us with your bank/building society account details, or you have changed your account please complete the relevant BACS form below.
