Farmers who operate above 170kg/N/ha from livestock manure and meet the minimum eligibility criteria are reminded that derogation applications for 2010 must be submitted to your local SGRPID area office by 30th April 2010.

Minimum Slurry Storage and Closed Period Spreading Exemptions (Added to site on 21/01/2010, Archived on 06/07/2010)

Farmers who applied for and were authorised exemption from the NVZ Regulations concerning minimum slurry storage requirements and closed period slurry spreading restrictions in early 2009, have until the 31st of March 2010 to renew their exemption for this year (2010). Renewals should be made in writing to their local RPID area office.

Please note that renewals for 2011 must be submitted by the 31st of December 2010.

Grassland Derogation (Added to site on 21/01/2010, Archived on 23/03/2010)

Farmers who operate above 170kg/N/ha from organic nitrogen and meet the minimum eligibility criteria are reminded that retrospective derogation applications for 2009 must be submitted to your local area office by 31st January 2010. Applications for 2010 to 2012 must be made annually by 30th April.
