  • Publish Consultation document and research (mid June)
  • Responses due in 12 weeks (by mid Sept)

  • Analyse responses and design classification system for piloting (Mid Sept - Early Nov)
  • Pilot in Census Test (Spring 2006)
  • Review results & make any refinements (2006/07)
  • Publish report including recommendations for system to be used in 2008 rehearsal (2006/07)
