Civil Judicial Statistics Scotland consultation
The Civil Judicial Statistics Scotland bulletin presents statistics on civil cases recorded in the Scottish courts.
In 2011 the publication was changed to include more contextual information around the number of civil cases in the Scottish court system. It also includes information from the Scottish Crime and Justice Survey and Legal Aid. The publication layout was changed to a more thematic feel to allow better access to the information included.
This consultation is seeking users' views on the latest publication including the information in the tables and supplementary tables. The consultation also is seeking users' views on the future of the publication and how the bulletin could be improved.

The survey is open from the 25th October 2011 for two months and the results of the consultation will be published on this page by the end of March 2012. Notification of the results will be issued through SCOTSTAT.
