PUBLIC ATTITUDES TO THE ENVIRONMENT - SURVEY CONTENT
The questionnaires were developed jointly by the Scottish Executive and George Street Research. The topics covered by the survey were agreed following discussions between the Scottish Executive, Scottish Natural Heritage and the Forestry Commission.
There were two versions of the questionnaire, with some core questions on environmental attitudes and behaviours asked of everyone, and other sets of questions asked of half the sample only. Some general questions on the respondent and their household were also asked of everyone. The topics covered in each questionnaire were:
