The estimates included in this publication were compiled by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and are intended to complement the main ONS regional labour market publication. ONS will be publishing Scottish labour market data by age on a monthly basis as part of their regional labour market statistics publication, from January 2012 onwards, along with comparable estimates for the other UK countries and regions. For this month only the Scottish Labour Market Data by Age table, as supplied by ONS, is available for download from the Scottish Government website. The table contains time series from Jan-Mar 2008 to Aug-Oct 2011. Comparable (not seasonally adjusted) estimates for the UK are available on the ONS website.
