Housing Statistics Annual Return
This is an Excel-based electronic return first introduced in April 2008 and reformatted in 2009 for data relating to the previous financial year. It consolidates several previously separate data collections (see below).
Some changes were made to the collection in 2010, most notably merging Stock 1 & 2, extending the Evictions question and slimming down the HMO form. In 2011 a new form was included to collect information on the Scheme of Assistance which has replaced private sector home improvement grants. Housing Statistics Annual Return (for data relating to 2010-11)
Included in the consolidated Housing Statistics Annual Return are the following returns:
- Stock1 , Stock2, Stock4, S1B, HMO, Housing Lists, Lettings, Evictions and Scheme of Assistance (SoA).
Please note that the Stock4, Lettings and Evictions returns (which were formerly due for completion each quarter until 2007 q2) are now annual returns.
