SALES1 (quarterly): Summary of Applications to Buy and Sales of Local Authority Dwellings
This is a quarterly summary form giving details of applications to buy, action taken on applications, and completed sales during the quarter. It is used in conjunction with the Sales 2 & 3. Please note the monthly splits on some questions have been removed.
SALES2 (annual): Sales and Transfers of Dwellings by Local Authorities (Excluding Sales to Sitting Tenants)
Covers Tenant Choice sales, block sales and transfers of dwellings from local authorities to housing associations, housing co-operatives and private developers and sales to other individuals. This should correspond to figures provided on Sales 1.
SALES3 (quarterly): Sales of Dwellings to Sitting Tenants by Local Authorities
Records details of all individual sales of dwellings to sitting tenants by local authorities, including market value, selling price, type of dwelling and year of construction on Right to Buy (RtB) on old terms, Modernised Right to Buy and Voluntary Sales. This should correspond to figures provided on Sales 1.
