OTHER LIVESTOCK

At June 2011 there were 36,900 horses, 6,000 deer, 3,800 goats , 800 camelids and 1,600 other livestock on farms in Scotland. The value of agricultural output from these species of livestock was estimated to be £18 million in 2010.
