12/01/2012 Forced Marriage Statutory Guidance Analysis Of Consultation Findings A consulation was carried out by the Scottish Government from March to July 2011 on draft Forced Marriage Statutory Guidance, to inform the final document. The development of statutory guidance is part of the provisions of the Forced Marriage etc. (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Act 2011. Thirty-four consultation responses were received and this report discusses the findings.
