Adam Ingram MSP, Minister for Children and Early Years, launched the Scotland's Child Internet Safety Action Plan on 10 February 2010, during EU Internet Safety week. The Plan sets out the Government's plans to work with key partners and stakeholders to improve the safety of our children and young people in the online environment, with particular focus on:
· Creating a safer online environment;
· Giving everybody the skills, knowledge and understanding to help children and young people stay safe online; and
· Inspiring safe and responsible use and behaviour
