The Scottish Government meets on a quarterly basis with three national LGBT organisations - Stonewall Scotland, LGBT Youth Scotland, and the Equality Network to discuss any areas of concern or particular policy interest. Notes of the meetings are as follows:
In February 2008, the Hearts and Minds Agenda Group published "Challenging Prejudice: Changing Attitudes towards Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender People in Scotland", and the focus of the quarterly meetings shifted to developing work around the Hearts and Minds Agenda. Both LGBT organisations and the Scottish Government viewed this shift as essential to progressing LGBT equality work. Minutes of the Hearts and Minds Agenda Group can be found here.
