On 1st November 2011 information was released under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 which provides information on how much funding has been given to religious organisations by the Equality Unit & Third Sector Directorate and the Safer Communities Directorate from 2007. The information is broken down by religion and sets out what the individual projects were. These figures are based on up-to-date information.
