Many asylm seekers and refugees are constrained by legal regulations in terms of work and employment. However, many are trained professionals in their home country and have much to offer in terms of expertise and learning. Creating policy and research that examines and understands their unique positions will help mainstream their concerns.

A Poor Reception explains what has worked and what has not, and goes on to outline practical steps for employers and policy makers to improve policy in this area.
