Age
Both older people and young people have unique experiences if they live in rural Scotland. Access to services and resources is an important issue for both age groups. Social inclusion projects can be a successful method to bring together young people and others and a way to keep young people involved. Older people's needs are similar to those in urban areas, including social, housing, transport, and health care concerns. Mainstreaming issues of age is based upon an awareness of the unique needs of various age groups.
