Scottish Fire and Rescue Advisory Unit - Freedom of Information

Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 introduced important rights to access information held by public authorities and also requires proactive publication of information.

The SFRAU's publication scheme describes the information that is published, in what form it is published, and details of any charges for providing the information. It also advises on how to access other information held by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Advisory Unit.

Detailed information on how to exercise your rights under the Act is available from the Scottish Information Commissioner.
