A joint review of police information and communication technology (ICT) was undertaken in summer-autumn 2010, to consider the governance and resourcing of police ICT in Scotland. The review was undertaken by a Steering Group comprising representatives of the Scottish Government, the Scottish Police Services Authority (SPSA) and the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland (ACPOS).
You can view the full text of the Steering Group's review report here.
The review report was circulated to all Scottish Chief Constables, Police Authority Conveners and the Convener of the SPSA along with a covering letter commenting on the findings of the review and setting out the next steps.
