Since 1 April 2007 the Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland (PCCS) has been responsible for reviewing complaints about the police.

If you wish to make a complaint about the police youmust first contact the police body concerned. Then if you remain unhappy you can contact the Commissioner to request a review of your complaint.
