Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000: Learning from ExperienceThe Legal Studies Research Group and the Scottish Executive Justice Department funded a two-year study from 2002-2004, by a partnership of Alzheimer Scotland - Action on Dementia and the Scottish Development Centre for Mental Health to look at how parts 1, 2, 3 and 6 the Act are being implemented. The study, 'Learning from Experience', monitored and researched the way the Act is being used and its impact on people.
