Consultation on The Licensing (Minor Variations) (Scotland) Regulations 2011
On the 27 January 2011 a Consultation was issued to Licensing Officials, Trade Bodies, the Police and Trade Solicitors requesting comments on draft Regulations with regard to minor variations of Premises Licences. Responses were requested to be with Government officials by 14 February 2011.
Consultation on implementation of licensing sections of the Criminal Justice & Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010
The Criminal Justice & Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 was passed by the Scottish Parliament on 30 June 2010. Parts 8 & 9 of the Act involve amendments to the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 and the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. A consultation was issued to Licensing Officials, CoSLA, Members of Trade Bodies and the Police on 17 September 2010 with any responses requested back by 15 October 2010.
