Remit
The remit of the group is to oversee the implementation of the Act and ensure a smooth transition to the new legislative framework by 1 April 2010. This will involve co-ordinating the work of the implementation sub-groups; approving outputs of the groups and ensuring on-going training and support to those who will implement and use the legislation.
