NHS Highland Pilot - Study for Enhanced Appraisal in Secondary Care
The Scottish Government is supporting, in collaboration with the General Medical Council and the Scottish Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, a pilot that will commence in one NHS Board (NHS Highland) and will examine the types of evidence required to support appraisal, using existing resources.
This pilot will be led by the Scottish Government Health Directorates in partnership with NHS Highland and will report through the National Appraisal Leads Group to the Cross-Professional Fitness to Practise Group.
