- Leading the development and implementation of strategies that deliver on-line recruitment and accessible careers information that broaden the entry gate to NHS jobs and careers
- Overseeing the delivery of training and qualifications that support NHS Scotland requirements
- Developing a range of retention strategies
- Overseeing and advising on international recruitment and developing different models to suit the needs of NHS Scotland
