• Developing and supporting implementation of pre and post registration training and education, predominately medical staff but cross-cutting and monitoring of all groups.
• Undertaking specific educational policy interventions in development of Modernising Medical Careers and Modernising Clinical Careers.
• Performance Management of NHS Education Scotland.
• Developing education and training policy to support the implementation of Delivering for Health
• Learning and Careers policy - leading the development of the learning and careers strategy for NHSScotland.
