Half Way Event
The "Half way" event was held on 22nd February 2006 and attended by key stakeholders from each NHS Board. It was an opportunity to review progress to date, identify the work that remained in order to achieve the target, and share learning across the service.
Making Change Happen
The 'Making change happen' event was held on 20th June 2006 and focussed on the high impact area of requesting. Over 50 staff attended from NHS Boards across Scotland including CHI Leads, Laboratory and Radiology senior managers and operational staff.
