THE NON-DOMESTIC RATES (LEVYING) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2006
I am writing to you about legislation for the transitional arrangements for 2006-07. The attached draft Regulations will make provision as to the amount payable as non-domestic rates in certain circumstances.
I would be grateful if you could let me have any comments on the attached Regulations no later than close of business on Friday, 3 February.
