About the Programme Board
The Programme Board will oversee and co-ordinate the work of fixed-term action groups set up to develop proposals for improving the scrutiny and complaints systems for public services in Scotland, taking account of the recommendations made in the Crerar Review. The board will ensure that links are made to other initiatives, such as the wider work around the simplification of public services in Scotland.
