The Scottish Executive is committed to improving the quality of all public services and promotes the use of quality tools and schemes to help deliver service improvements for customers.
The current Promoting Excellence guide aims to provide descriptions of quality tools and schemes available to the public sector and to demonstrate how they can be used in conjunction with each other.
