Overview

This Contract is for the provision of Video & Television Production and Post Production Services.

What is in scope?

The production and post-production of video film footage to be used in the production of

• DVD or
• CD-Rom as a stand alone product
• or to accompany a published document
• The Contract providers can also film footage for use at training events or as part of a training package

What is out of scope?

• DVD/CD and VHS replication and duplication.
• This service is available under Lot 6 of the SPCD DPPAS Framework Agreement.

Who is this available to?

Central Government

Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements. If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought.
