The services available under this Framework are:

  • Return BACS accounts.
  • Emergency payments accounts.
  • Non denominational accounts.
  • Receipts Accounts.

What is out of scope?

A Direct cash collection service is not covered by this Framework.

Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements. If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought.

Benefits

Scottish Government and Central Government Collaborative Partner bodies must adhere to the Scottish Government Finance Manual. Use of this Framework allows bodies central access to good practice guidance and assistance.

The Framework also offers savings realised through centralised expenditure and enhanced commercial banking rates.
