| Overview | The provision of a daily electronic based Press Cutting service. |
| What is in scope? | Regional and national newspapers, at specified times.The supply of a daily electronic based Press Cutting service, (365 days per year), which provides relevant articles from daily, evening, Saturday, Sunday and local To provide the articles cut on CD-ROM, if required. |
| What is out of scope? | Delivery of Newspapers and/or journals. |
| Who is this available to? | The contract is open to the Scottish Government (SG) Core Departments, SG Associated departments, SG Agencies, SG Executive NDPBs to call-off. It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Note: Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements. If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought. |
