| What is out of scope? | - Media planning and buying;
- Core Scottish government publications.

| Who is this available to? | The framework is open to the Scottish government, executive agencies, associated departments, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, health and public sector bodies who expressed an interest to call off. A full copy of the advert is available on this link. Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements. If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought. |
| Benefits | - The rates quoted in the framework are maximum and the use of mini-competitions has the potential for increasing value for money savings. The average value for money savings achieved since the framework started is 10%.
