Overview | A multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Design, Print, Publishing and Associated Services (DPPAS). The key objectives of the Framework are: The Framework is split into the following six 'Lots': 1 - Fully Managed Service Lot 2 - Design Lot 3 - Print Lot 4 - Display Materials Lot 5 - Promotional Items Lot 6 - DVD, CD and VHS Replication/Duplication Lot |
What is in scope? | The Framework offers a comprehensive range of services to Core Scottish Government and Central Government Partner bodies. Note: Core Scottish Government staff must utilise Lot 1 for its Design and Print requirement |

Who is this available to? | Central Government Other Public Sector Bodies - The Scottish Parliament Corporate Body, The Forestry Commission, The Scotland Office, Student Loans Company, Scottish Futures Trust, Business Stream Ltd. A full copy of the advert is detailed below. Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements. If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought. |
Benefits | This Framework meets the differing needs of a large and diverse customer base whilst achieving significant savings and opening up contracting opportunities to SMEs. Central Government customers are now able to source services from either the fully managed service provider on Lot 1 or they may choose to directly procure Design Services from Lot 2 and/or Print Services from Lot 3. This offers flexibility and efficiencies where Central Government Collaborative Partners have the in house expertise to manage their own requirements |
