Who is this available to?

Central Government.

The contract is available for use by the Scottish Government, its associated Departments, Executive Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs), cross-border public authorities within the meaning of section 88(5) of the Scotland Act 1998, plus the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB), the Forestry Commission, the Sea Fish Industry Authority, the Student Loan Company Ltd and the Scotland Office.

Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements. If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought.
