Overview

The range of equipment covered includes personal computers, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners and any other client or user IT equipment for a range of manufacturers.Desktop Hardware Maintenance services provide an efficient cost-effective scheduled and remedial maintenance service for IT desktop hardware assets.

What is in scope?

In addition to the provision of maintenance services the following additional support services can be provided:

  • Installation of new hardware
  • Upgrades of hardware
  • Equipment moves
  • Helpdesk assistance
  • Workstation and printer cleaning
  • Provision of technical advice and guidance to the ICT Services Manager
  • Disposal of redundant equipment

What is out of scope?

This framework does not include:

  • Software maintenance
  • Server maintenance
