The provision of a taxi service mainly operating between various Government and other locations within Edinburgh.

What is out of scope?

Taxi service outwith Edinburgh and surrounding area.

Who is this available to?

Central Government, other public bodies - Scottish Parliament Corporate Body, Scotland Office, the Scotland and Northern Ireland Forum for Environmental Research (SNIFFER), The Forestry Commission

Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements . If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought.

• Availability of 'One Ticket'. One Ticket is a 'cashless' means of booking a taxi by use of unique identification number for each journey and payment via consolidated invoicing.

• No administration Fees
• Payment (by the Contractor) of an annual Environmental Levy
