Overview

Scottish Procurement awarded a national multi-supplier framework for Office Equipment for a 3 year period starting June 2009, which has the option to extend for a further year until June 2013. Scottish Procurement has recently taking the option to extend the current agreement until June 2013

What is in scope?

The scope of the agreement covers all office equipment products and services including:-

• Multi functional devices (MFDs),
• Photocopiers,
• Printers,
• Document scanners,
• Fax machines,
• Wide format equipment,
• Very high volume (VHV) equipment,
• Management software,
• Solutions and
• Managed print services.

What is out of scope?

Office furniture, franking devices, office papers, audio visual and conferencing equipment.

Who is this available to?

• Central Government
• Fire
• Health
• Local authorities
• Police
• Universities and Colleges
• Third Sector (voluntary organisations and Scottish registered charities)
• Other Public Bodies

Note:It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements . If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought.
