The framework is for Recruitment Advertising and PIN services. The services to be provided by TMP.

What is in scope?

Recruitment Advertising, Public Information Notices, Copy writing.

What is out of scope?

Response management, candidate sifting. These are catered for in the Assessment Centres and Related Services contract.

Who is this available to?

The contract is available for use by the Scottish Government, its Associated Departments, Executive Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPB's) plus the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) the Forestry Commissions, the Student Loans Company Ltd and the Scotland Office.

Estimated savings in the region of £1m - £3.5m per annum. This is in addition to any savings from media discounts negotiated post contract award.
