Overview

The Employee Assistance Programme service is to support and improve the performance of the employees of our Collaborative Partners by supporting and guiding the employees in dealing with their personal and work related problems and those of their immediate families providing a confidential and immediate access to information, assessment and counselling services.

  • Telephone counselling services;
  • Information services;
  • Advice for carers;
  • Services to management staff;
  • Face to face counselling sessions; and
  • Referral procedures
  • Welfare Services

Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so. Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements. Benefits

  • The prices are fixed for three years with the fourth year being subject to an indexation no greater than CPI;
  • The prices for EAP per capita and welfare per capita decrease as the number of users increases;
  • AXA ICAS has agreed specific service levels and corresponding service credits for deficient performance
  • Access to a wider set of services than existing contracts: welfare and trauma counselling included.
